Meeting place for the Cambridge City Council. Robert Copcutt says:
For a meeting I once had after hours in the Guildhall people got stuck outside. Access was supposed to be through the west door (the opposite side to Lion Yard). The door is on the opposite side of the road (Peas Hill) to the St Edward King and Martyr church. There are 2 doors, the Guildhall one is on the Market side, the other is, I think, the tourist centre.
