The Future for K1
The Phase One report, which makes the case for a co-housing project at k1 Orchard Park, has now been presented to the new portfolio holder, Cllr Julie Smith. Cambridge City Council will be making a formal decision as to whether to pursue the Co-Housing option at k1 at a committee meeting in October. Expressions of interest continue to be received in respect of community housing initiatives and specifically with regard to the opportunities offered on the k1 project.
